Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Outdoor Artisans is a licensed and insured California landscape contractor, license #1104618 (class C-27, the state license for landscape work). You can look it up on the Contractors State License Board website.
What areas do you serve?
Redding and Shasta County, including Anderson, Palo Cedro, Shasta Lake, Cottonwood and Bella Vista. If you are not sure whether we cover your area, call and ask.
How much will my project cost?
It depends on the size of the space, how easy it is to reach, the materials and how much is done at once. Estimates are free and done on site, so the price you get is for your yard.
How long will it take?
A small refresh may take a day or two. Projects with grading, irrigation, concrete, pavers or retaining walls take longer, and a full outdoor living space usually takes 3 to 8 weeks from design to installation. Once we have walked the property we can give you a timeline.
What is the best time of year to start?
Planting and sod do best started in fall or spring. Patios, walls, grading and concrete can usually be done any time of year, depending on weather and our schedule.
